Your responsibilities

  • providing technical support to customers and regional sales offices
  • customer visits, product presentation and trainings, claims handling
  • cooperation with production, technological staff, quality control and technology departments
  • quality analysis
  • participation in key business review and quality review meetings
  • analysis of competitors’ activities in terms of products and product development
  • ensuring that customer satisfaction is always our highest priority

Our requirements


  • very good command of English
  • any other language (Spanish, Polish, Czech, etc.) is an advantage


  • Master's degree in Paper Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or Physics


  • first work experience in business after graduation
  • technical background (papermaking appreciated)


  • solid technical acumen and understanding
  • forward thinker who can proactively identify potential issues
  • excellent communication skills (negotiating and writing)
  • sales and customer orientation
  • strong personal drive for quality, passion for performance
  • flexibility, integrity and creative problem solving skills
  • manage multiple, complex tasks and deal easily with pressure on a day to day basis
  • willingness to travel and relocate to different European countries (e.g. Poland) for several months during the training period

Immediate start date

Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierindustrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 45,000.- gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
